Every trip is booked and protected through Turo. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you reserve to the moment you drop off the keys.
Get Turo
Download the Turo app or visit the Turo website, then sign in or create an account. Booking and messaging us all happen there.
Pay
Pay through Turo at checkout — pricing, insurance, and protection plans are all handled there.
Send your license
24 hours before your booking date, send us your driver's license so we can get your trip ready.
Get pickup details
You'll receive pickup instructions, including the lockbox number and code and the pickup address. Grab the keys and go.
Return the keys
When your trip is done, leave the keys in the mailbox. All instructions are also in the Turo app.

Standard pickup
Send us your driver's license 24 hours before your booking date. You'll then receive pickup instructions, including the lockbox number and code and the pickup address. Grab the keys and go.
Airport delivery — coming soon
We don't offer airport delivery just yet, but we're expanding our services and plan to add it soon. For now, pickup is at our El Paso lockbox location.
Return
Return the vehicle with the same fuel or charge level, on time, and leave the keys in the mailbox. All instructions are also in the Turo app.
Insurance & protection plans
Turo offers optional protection plans, ranging from minimum to premium coverage. Details, pricing, and terms are set by Turo and shown before you confirm your booking.
You can choose to add a plan at checkout.
Daily rates shown are starting prices and can change based on season, demand, and trip length. Final pricing, taxes, and fees are calculated at checkout on Turo.
